1. Program description

United FN LLC (“United FN”, “we”, “us”) offers a text messaging program to people who opt in through our website forms at unitedfnllc.com or by otherwise giving us express consent. There are two separate types of messages, and you choose each one yourself:

Transactional/informational messages: appointment and consultation reminders, scheduling confirmations, replies to your inquiries, account notifications and customer care.
Promotional/marketing messages: news about our financial consultation services, educational content, offers and updates. These may be sent using automated technology.

You will only get marketing messages if you specifically agreed to them. Agreeing to either type is not a condition of buying any product or service.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity and preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed for your appointments or requests. Marketing messages are sent no more than [4] times per month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details. United FN does not charge for text messages.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will get no more texts from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, or sign up again on our website.

6. Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know so that we don't text the new owner.

7. Supported carriers and delivery

The program is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network availability and is not guaranteed.

8. No financial advice by text

Text messages are for scheduling, service and general information only. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information by text.

9. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the aggregators and providers that run our text messaging service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. If you keep receiving messages after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
